Maidenhill Housing Development

Maidenhill is a consented housing development of 850 houses with associated infrastructure, educational and religious facility, to the south of Newton Mearns, bounded by the A726 and M77. Developed through a joint venture between Taylor Wimpey West Scotland and CALA Homes (West), EnviroCentre have provided environmental support and guidance on the project for several years, leading to the submission of a planning application and Environmental Statement in January 2017.
