EnviroCentre are highly experienced in the production of CEMPs for developments ranging in scale from small rural/urban schemes up to major infrastructure projects. We have also prepared CEMPs for both brownfield sites, and sites which are located within sensitive and protected environments.
Our experienced team has a wide range of skills required to obtain, review and extract information from the numerous supporting documents preprepared by diverse disciplines during site assessment process. EnviroCentre will identify and manage potential conflicting site constraints, that require mitigations are put in place prior to the commencement of works. EnviroCentre have the experience to enables legal compliance while minimising costs and/or timescales.
The CEMP should cover all potential effects, such as ecological management, water management, dust, noise & vibration, construction traffic management, waste management and pollution prevention procedures.
